DRAFT — pending attorney review. This is a working draft for mcppricelist.com. It is not legal advice and it is not a final policy. Publish it only after a lawyer has reviewed it.
Who we are
Published by Innovance Advisors LLC. MCP Price List is the name of the independent directory at mcppricelist.com. We are not affiliated with Anthropic or with the vendors named in the directory.
Email you send us
If you use the newsletter form, the listing submission form, or the corrections and removal form, we collect the email address you enter and the other fields on that form (name, URL, request type, and the message you write). We use that information to reply, to maintain the directory, and — only after you confirm — to send the newsletter you asked for.
We do not buy email lists. We do not pre-check a consent box. Submitting the newsletter form is the request. You are not subscribed until you confirm.
Double opt-in
A confirmation email will follow a newsletter request. You are subscribed only after you use the confirmation link in that email. Until then we store the address as pending confirmation.
Confirmation and newsletter emails include an unsubscribe path, mcppricelist@outlook.com, and this postal address in the footer: PO Box 770986, Winter Garden, FL 34777. That is the public mailing address for Innovance Advisors LLC and for MCP Price List.
Analytics
No analytics tool is embedded yet. We have not connected Plausible, Google Analytics, or any other analytics product. We may later measure pages viewed, referring pages, and coarse device data to operate and improve the site. If we turn a tool on, this section will name it before it runs, and it will run only after you allow optional cookies in the banner. You can reject optional cookies and still browse the directory.
Server logs on our host can include IP address, user agent, and the URL requested. We use those logs to keep the site up and to investigate abuse.
Cookies
- Necessary. We store your cookie choice (allow optional cookies, or reject them) in local storage on your browser so we do not ask on every page. That choice is required for the banner to work.
- Analytics. Optional. Not set unless you allow them, and not set at all until an analytics tool is connected and named in this policy.
- Affiliate cookies. Optional. They can be rejected. Rejecting optional cookies in the banner declines optional cookies on this site, including any affiliate cookie we might later ask a partner to set. We do not set affiliate cookies in this version of the site. A site you choose to open can still set its own cookies after you follow a link. Those cookies belong to that third party.
The banner offers Allow all and Reject optional. Neither option is pre-selected.
Processors
We use these processors to run the site:
- Vercel hosts the site and processes requests, including standard server logs.
- Newsletter provider. When email sending is configured, we use Resend (or a replacement named in this policy before launch) to deliver the confirmation email and the newsletter. The provider receives the address you submitted and the message content.
- Affiliate partners. When you click an outbound link, the destination site or its affiliate network may process the fact that the click came from us, and may set an affiliate cookie. That cookie is optional because you can choose not to follow the link, and you can reject optional cookies on this site.
We do not sell your email address. We do not sell personal information.
California
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Affiliate cookies are optional and can be rejected in the cookie banner. You can request access to the personal information we stored from a form, or ask us to delete it, by emailing mcppricelist@outlook.com or by using the corrections and removal form and choosing data deletion. Include the email address you want us to find.
Unsubscribe and deletion
Every newsletter email will include a way to unsubscribe. You can also ask us to delete an email address, a submission, or a correction request by using the corrections and removal form and choosing data deletion, or by emailing mcppricelist@outlook.com. Pending newsletter addresses are not treated as subscribed. If you never confirm, you will not receive the newsletter.
We will delete or anonymize the address associated with a deletion request within 30 days, except where we need to keep a short record of the request itself to show that we honored it, or where the law requires us to keep it.
Retention
These periods are the draft rule until a lawyer replaces them:
- Pending newsletter addresses. Deleted if you do not confirm within 30 days.
- Confirmed newsletter addresses. Kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, then deleted within 30 days.
- Listing submissions and correction requests. Kept for 24 months after we close the request, then deleted. A short record that we received a deletion or takedown request may be kept for 3 years so we can show we honored it.
- Server logs. Kept for up to 30 days, then deleted or rotated by the host.
We do not keep form submissions "for as long as we need them" without a period. On a host where the local inbox file is writable, unsent requests may also be appended to a private log on the server. That log is not the public website. On Vercel the filesystem is ephemeral, so production capture should use the newsletter provider instead of a local file.
Children
This site is not for children under 13. It is not directed at them, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, email mcppricelist@outlook.com and we will delete it.
Contact
Privacy requests, including access and deletion, go to Innovance Advisors LLC at mcppricelist@outlook.com. You can also use the corrections and removal form. The form is not the only way to reach us.
